Your Snap Happy Experience Starts Here
Step 1: Complete Your Event Questionnaire
Enter your Reservation Code and Service Type to access the Template Gallery and begin your Event Questionnaire (EQ). Choose your favorite design, share your event theme, and tell us about any special guest details. This is where your Snap Happy Experience takes shape.
Step 2: Approve Your Template
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive your first draft by email. Want changes? No problem. Request unlimited edits until it’s just right. When you approve your final design, we lock it in and move to the next step.
Step 5: Finalize & Pay
Once your template is approved, we begin prepping everything behind the scenes. Your remaining balance is due 5 days before your event—you’ll receive an automated reminder so nothing slips through the cracks.
